Do east coast NFL players play better or worst when traveling to the west coast due to time zone change. And the same with west coast players... Do they play better or worse going to the east coast to play football. Does the time zone take a toll on the mental state and/or physical state from the travel?

All NFL players get jet lag just like anyone else but I've heard it's worse going from west to east because your going against the biological clock or something like that.

Anyway, most teams usually travel about a week before the game so it doesn't affect them as much.
